For starters, we’re inquisitive. We want to find out about you - what your circumstances are and what commitments you have, of course, but also what excites you about life, and what your dreams and aspirations look like. Once we completely understand your objectives and your values, we do something else a little differently - we challenge you to think anew about the ideal route ahead.
You’ll know from your own working week that time is the most precious thing we can give each other. At Octagon, it’s in our DNA to be generous with our time - with our clients, with our community and with each other. Taking our time with you means we can go beyond the obvious, building strength and exposing pitfalls so we can map the way ahead accordingly.
Together our team has over 150 years’ experience in financial planning. Between us we have seen clients take many different paths to fulfilling lives. Even the most successful have experienced their share of personal challenges. We’ll draw on this experience to support you and help you navigate whatever stands in your way.
This is a collaborative process - you, us, other appropriate experts and professional advisers - which we coordinate. No-one achieves the pinnacle of anything without a close-knit backup team working together.

Our clients are always the focus of what we do at Octagon and we strive to deliver an excellent service at all times.
However, we recognise that there are times that clients may have cause to make a complaint.
We are committed to dealing with complaints fairly and in accordance with the FCA’s complaints handling rules and guidance.
If our clients are not satisfied with the outcome of their complaint they will have the right to refer it, free of charge, to the Financial Ombudsman Service at, Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR or by going to their website
